The whole farm. Just your people.

A hundred private acres in the Noosa hinterland, the hilltop house and four rammed-earth villas, a chef in the kitchen and hosts who know how to look after a group. Mayan Farm is built for coming together.

Why Mayan Farm

Six reasons groups keep coming back.

Exclusive use

Book the whole farm and it's just yours — house, four villas, a hundred acres and the lot in between.

Up to 24 guests

Five separate accommodations means everyone has their own door to close at the end of the night.

A chef in residence

Jodie is a trained chef. Long-table dinners, grazing menus, breakfasts, pizzas in the woodfire oven — done properly.

Genuinely close

40 minutes from Noosa. 50 from Sunshine Coast Airport. Two hours from Brisbane. Far enough to feel away. Close enough to be easy.

Built for gathering

The pavilion, the arbour, the deck, the firepit, the pool — designed for groups to move through naturally across a day.

Hands-on hosts

Jodie and Brett live on the farm. They'll help you plan it, then quietly make sure it runs.

Who comes here

Built for the gatherings that matter.

Corporate retreats & offsites

Room to think, plan and reconnect — away from the noise. The pavilion makes a natural workshop space; the land does the rest. Strong Wi-Fi, screens on request, and a chef-led menu that fuels the day.

Weddings & milestone events

Long-table dinners under the arbour, ceremonies on the ridge, dancing on the deck. Exclusive use of the whole property — no other guests, no other groups, just yours.

Family celebrations

Significant birthdays, anniversaries, reunions — across generations, under one sky. Bedrooms for everyone, somewhere for the kids to run, somewhere for the grandparents to sit.

Friends weekends

Long lunches, late nights, slow mornings. A drift between pool, firepit, pizza oven and table. A weekend that ends slower than it started.

Wellness & creative retreats

Yoga on the deck, in-house massage, cooking classes, Sip 'n' Paint sessions. We'll help you shape a programme — or hold space while you run yours.

Hens, bucks & milestone trips

Private, premium and properly looked after. Catering, activities and pampering arranged in advance so you don't lift a finger once you arrive.

Catering

A trained chef. A long table. Your group, properly fed.

Jodie spent years running an award-winning café before turning the kitchen toward Mayan Farm full-time. Breakfasts, grazing boards, woodfire pizza nights, shared menus, full long-table dinners — designed around your group and what you want the weekend to feel like.

  • Spend time with the resident cows and horses
  • Watch for kangaroos, ducks, echidnas, turtles, more than 120 bird species — and, if you're lucky, the shy resident platypus
  • Pick from the native bush tucker garden and wander the new rainforest walk along Kin Kin Creek
  • Pick a spot for a picnic — choose your view and settle in

By prior arrangement — enquire for costs

  • In-house massage
  • Cooking classes

A weekend, shaped to you

How a typical group stay tends to unfold.

  1. Friday afternoon

Arrive, settle in, a glass of something cold on the deck. Buggy tour of the farm before dinner if you'd like one.

  2. Friday evening

A long-table dinner under the arbour, cooked by Jodie. Firepit after, stars over the paddocks.

  3. Saturday morning

Walk down to the chickens, collect the eggs. Slow breakfast. Yoga, a creek walk, or a session in the pavilion — your call.

  4. Saturday afternoon

Pool. Massage. Cooking class. A picnic somewhere on the property. Or simply a hammock and a book.

  5. Saturday evening

Pizzas in the woodfire oven, kids running through the grounds, the adults staying at the table a little too long.

  6. Sunday

Breakfast in your villa or together at the house. A last wander, a slow goodbye, gone by checkout.

That's a sketch — yours will look different. Tell us what you're gathering for, and we'll help you shape the rest.

"We arrived as colleagues and left as a team. The place did half the work for us — the rest, Jodie and Brett took care of."
