The Villas

Four villas, side by side, over Kin Kin Creek.

Karinya, Mia Mia, K'gari and Cooinda — four sustainable rammed-earth retreats, each with its own bedroom pavilion, living pavilion and outdoor bath under the stars. Two-to-four guests in each. A shared BBQ and pizza-oven space for when you want to gather.

Shared design

Same architecture. Different mood, each one.

The four villas share a language — rammed earth from the farm, timber, linen, polished concrete. Each sits a little differently on the ridge: two have outdoor spas, two have firepits alone; two welcome pets, one is designed for wheelchair access.

In every villa

Two pavilions, joined by a breezeway.

  • Entertaining pavilion — galley kitchen, dining and living area
  • Queen fold-out sofa in the living pavilion (if required)
  • Bedroom pavilion — king-size bed, wardrobe, laundry
  • Ensuite bathroom with shower
  • Outdoor bath to soak in under the stars
  • Outside deck with farm views
  • Free Wi-Fi · flat-screen TV · BBQ · coffee machine
  • Linen and towels · bath products · hairdryer · iron
